By registering on Gaming Zone Arena, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms are vital for maintaining a fair competitive environment.

1. Game of Skill Declaration

All tournaments hosted on Gaming Zone Arena are 'Games of Skill'. The outcome of every match depends on the player's tactical knowledge, reflexes, training, and experience. No element of luck determines the winners. This platform is not a gambling or betting site.

2. Eligibility & Restricted States

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Users from the following states are prohibited from participating in paid tournaments due to local laws: Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Only one account per person is permitted. Any attempt to use multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

Cheating, using third-party mods, hacking, or teaming up is strictly forbidden. We use advanced detection systems. Any player found violating fair play will have their account terminated and rewards forfeited.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• Tournament Entry: Registration fees are non-refundable once the match has started.
• Match Cancellation: If a tournament is cancelled due to technical issues, the full platform fee will be refunded to your GZA wallet within 24-48 hours.
• Withdrawals: Skill rewards can be withdrawn once they reach the minimum threshold, subject to identity verification.
